个人简介：
刘思佳，广东技术师范大学法学与知识产权学院副教授。美国临床肿瘤学会会员，世界卫生法学会青年委员会副主席，日本早稻田大学外国人研究员，日本国际交流基金会特派联络员（中国区），香港大学访问学者，香港仲裁员/调解员资格，英国皇家特许仲裁员资格，中国律师资格。主要从事卫生法和医法交叉领域研究，在《柳叶刀》（风湿病学）、Journal of Clinical Oncology等国内外知名SCI/SSCI/CSSCI/北大核心学术期刊发表论文30余篇。
教育背景：中山大学法学院博士后；澳门大学医疗法与科技法博士；香港中文大学中国商法硕士；澳门大学刑法与刑事诉讼法硕士；中国人民大学法学院学士
主讲课程：卫生法；刑事诉讼法；卫生政策与生命伦理法；科技法（生物技术与人工智能）等
